Each Beverage Drop bottle contains 500 mg of hemp CBD. Each pump from the bottle contains 5 mg of hemp CBD. 

We recommend starting with 2 pumps (10 mg of hemp CBD) per 16 fl oz of your favorite beverage and adjusting as you see fit. 

Beverage Drops are water-soluble, so they are a great addition to both hot and cold beverages! Do not add directly to boiling water.
