Spiced Berry Cider

Servings: 2 11 oz

Start Here:

2 tablespoons spiced berry syrup
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 cup apple cider
1 can Veryvell™ Mind & Body Sparkling CBD Water

Then Follow These Steps:

  1. Add spiced berry syrup, apple cider vinegar and apple cider to a pitcher and stir.
  2. Divide evenly into two glasses with ice and top with Veryvell Mind & Body.
  3. Garnish with fresh berries.

Spiced Berry Syrup

Start Here:

1 cup fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, blackberries, raspberries)
½ cup sugar
2 cinnamon sticks



Then Follow These Steps:

  1. Add berries, sugar, and cinnamon sticks to a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Smash berries and stir frequently to avoid burning.
  3. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer over low heat and cook until the mixture has thickened and reduced by about half.
  4. Remove from heat and remove cinnamon sticks.
  5. Pour mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a heatproof bowl or glass. Smash any remaining berries with the back of a wooden spoon into the strainer. Let cool at room temperature.
  6. Once cooled, transfer berry cinnamon syrup to an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
