Start Here:
1 tsp matcha powder
2 tbsp hot water
1/4 cup warm water
Ice
½ cup milk or any non-dairy milk option
1 tbsp honey
1-2 pumps Veryvell™ Focus Unflavored CBD Beverage Drops
Then Follow These Steps:
- Combine 1 tsp matcha powder with 2 tbsp hot water and whisk until a paste forms.
- Stir honey into matcha paste.
- Stir in another ¼ cup of warm water and chill in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
- Fill a glass with ice and add the matcha mixture.
- Fill glass the remainder of the way with milk of choice
