Start Here:
½ cup oat milk
2 shots espresso
1 tablespoon brown sugar pumpkin syrup (recipe below)
2 pumps Veryvell™ Focus CBD Beverage Drops
Then Follow These Steps:
- Heat oat milk over medium heat until desired temperature is reached.
- Use a milk frother or whisk to froth milk into small, even bubbles.
- Add espresso, brown sugar pumpkin syrup and Veryvell Focus drops to a coffee mug. Stir.
- Pour oat milk into the center of the mug in a small circular motion, topping with the foam.
Brown Sugar Pumpkin Syrup
Start Here:
¼ cup pumpkin purée
1 cup water
¾ cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon pumpkin spice
Then Follow These Steps:
- In a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat, add pumpkin purée, water, brown sugar and pumpkin spice.
- Stir to combine. Continue to stir frequently to avoid burning.
- Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer over low heat.
- Once mixture has thickened and reduced by about half, remove from heat.
- Let syrup cool at room temperature.
- Once cooled, transfer the syrup to an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
